One of the best things about hiring custom home builders is they can make sure your Vancouver WA dream home has a big bathroom. Who doesn’t love a huge bathroom?
Let’s face it. Even in your dream home, you’re likely to have at least one small bathroom or a petite powder room.
Here are some design ideas to make a small bathroom feel bigger.
Oval Sink – They look very cool and they provide more counter space than a square sink.
Washstand with Towel Bars – In other words, there’s no cabinet under the sink but bars on which you can hang towels. This is a great idea if you don’t want to install a bunch of towel racks.
Small Table – A small table with an open base provides a bit of counter space without taking up too much room.
Busy Floor/Simple Walls – Consider a floor with small, dynamic tiles and simple walls (as in painted one neutral color). The juxtaposition of simple and busy will make the room look bigger. Designers warn to be careful and not overwhelm your bathroom with patterns and hues.
